As long as you exhibit the hard edge, make her feel protected, give her the freedom to be vulnerable in your presence she will never confuse you the "nice" guy for you the wimp!

This analogy to the "bad boy", the "street guy", does by any stretch give you license to let your appearance go or hold up the nearest convenience store? Of course not.
